AYU SANCHAR

VOICE OF NEPAL'S YOUNG  AYURVEDA PRACTITIONERS

हिताहितंसुखंदु:खमायुष्तस्य हिताहितम्— सा आयुर्वेद:

“That which deals with what is beneficial and harmful to life — that is Ayurveda.”

- Charaka Samhita 1.41

What is Ayu Sanchar?

Ayu Sanchar is the official monthly bulletin of the Youth Ayurveda Doctors Organization of Nepal (YADON). Published every month in both digital and print-ready formats, it is the primary voice of Nepal's young Ayurveda practitioners — bringing field stories, policy debates, community polls, and professional spotlights from across the country. Every issue travels to a different district, honours a different healer, and carries a different question for our community. This is not just a newsletter. This is a declaration.
